Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the conditions mentioned below.
For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Customers must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective product may be required for verification.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund based on product availability.
In such cases, the return shipping cost will be borne by Nischals.
For Non-Defective Products
Customers may also request a return for non-defective products within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted for:
